Under the Lifetime Guarantee, within 30 days of purchase, we cover the cost of your repair* and 2-way shipping. After 30 days, we just ask for you to cover 2-way shipping. In the unlikely event of a second repair request within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will provide a gift card for the same value as the original order.
