Why haven’t I received an Order Confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received an email from us within an hour of purchase, it’s possible that there’s a typo in your email address. Please reach out to our Care Team with your full name and order number (#123456) to check the order status. 

Why haven’t I received a Shipping Notification email?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once your order has been picked up by one of our carriers, the tracking number is activated and you will be able to see the status of your order.

If you haven't received a shipping notification, it is likely that your order is still in production. Find out more about estimated production and shipping time frames of an in-stock and made-to-order item.

You'll see a ‘Ship by’ date on the product page, at checkout, and on your Order Confirmation email. If your order is past its ship by date, please contact our Care Team through live chat or via email.
