We accept changes to your order up to 10 hours after placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once the order has been processed and packed.

Please note that as the A-Team works hard to get your gold to you as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order upon request.

Can I repair my item?

Hi there! this gold shipment is still being prepared. 

If you purchased an in-stock item, please give us 1-2 business days to ship your item. Please note sometimes carrier tracking information takes 24 hours to update movement. 

Made-to-order items will take up to 5 weeks to create, quality inspect, and process through our warehouse.  During this time, your shipment will still show as "unfulfilled".  

If you ordered through our website, your estimated ship date will be shown in your order confirmation. If you purchased a made-to-order item AND checked out through Facebook, Instagram or the Shop App, you will have received a separate email from our customer service team with your expected shipping date. 

If you have a question about your shipping date or can't find your confirmation email, please email care@auratenewyork.com or chat with us and provide your:
1) name, 
2) order number, and 
3) purchasing email address, and 
and we'll answer as soon as we can.
