Our experienced team takes great care and attention to detail in every repair we undertake. To ensure the best results, our current repair timeline is approximately 6 weeks. This timeline allows us to thoroughly inspect, repair, and polish your jewelry to its original glory.

Once your jewelry is fully repaired, our repairs partner Reshyne will generate and print your shipping label. All completed repairs are sent in bulk from the repair processing facility to the AUrate warehouse, where they are then shipped to customers individually. 

Because of this two-step process, your shipping label will typically be activated within approximately 5 business days. Once active, you’ll be able to track your gold as it makes its way back to you.
