What does in-stock or made-to-order mean?Updated 2 years ago
In-stock
The item is stocked in our warehouse, and will be processed and packed within 2 business days. You'll see a ‘Ship by’ date on the product page, at checkout, and on your Order Confirmation email. This ‘Ship by’ date is the date that your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping timelines vary according to country. Please see shipping and delivery timelines.
Made-to-order
Whenever you see an item that says "made-to-order", this means the item is not in stock at this time and needs to be produced from scratch (we pride ourselves on giving such a personalized experience for each piece). The made-to-order timeline is subject to change depending on the type of product and current order volumes. The estimated ship date is always listed on the product page.
