Easy, breezy is our policy. You can exchange any eligible gold within 30 days of fulfillment of your order, just head on over to our Returns Portal.
Aurate provides exchanges* for the same item in a different size or color. You may choose to upgrade your item with a top up. Discounts cannot be applied to additional items during exchanges. One exchange per order. Please note that any made-to-order exchange items will be initiated once the return has been received.
Gift cards emitted during the exchange process are not stackable to any other running promotions.
