All orders placed between Nov 15, 2023 to Dec 15, 2023 have until Jan 5, 2024 to initiate a return.

Note: Returns of made-to-order items have until Jan 5, 2024 or 21 days from the fulfilled date, whichever is later.

Return/ exchange an in-stock item
If you place your order on Nov 15, 2023 and it arrives Nov 20, 2023, you will be able to return until Jan 5, 2024.

Return/ exchange a made-to-order item (Holiday return policy)
If you place your order on Nov 15, 2023 and it arrives Dec 11, 2023, you will be able to return until Jan 5, 2024.

Return/ exchange a made-to-order item (Usual return policy)
If you place your order on Nov 15, 2023 and it ships Dec 22, 2023, you will be able to return until Jan 12, 2023 (our usual returns policy of 21 days from the fulfillment date).
