All orders placed between Nov 15, 2025 to Dec 15, 2025 have until Jan 5, 2026 to initiate a return.

Note: Returns of made-to-order items have until Jan 5, 2026 or 14 days from the fulfilled date, whichever is later.

Return/ exchange an in-stock item
If you place your order on Nov 15, 2025 and it arrives Nov 20, 2025, you will be able to return until Jan 5, 2026.

Return/ exchange a made-to-order item (Holiday return policy)
If you place your order on Nov 15, 2025 and it arrives Dec 11, 2025, you will be able to return until Jan 5, 2026.

Return/ exchange a made-to-order item (Usual return policy)
If you place your order on Nov 15, 2025 and it ships Dec 23, 2025, you will be able to return until Jan 6, 2026 (our usual returns policy of 14 days from the fulfillment date).
