Looking to exchange your item? Here are three options that you can find within our Returns Portal. This applies to US orders only.
1. Exchange for a different product
- Start a return here
- Key in your order number and the email address associated with this order
- Select 'Return Item' (instead of Exchange for a new color or size)
- Bonus tip #1: Select 'Shop Now' to get your full retail value to spend on any products on auratenewyork.com - Carpe diem! **
- Bonus tip #2: Not sure what to get next? Select 'Store Credit' to get a bonus of 10% on top of the original price paid and use it whenever
- Once you're ready, complete your exchange to download the pre-paid return label (DO NOT ship any additional product with your return, or combine returns)
- Include all original documents in the package. The piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging.
Gift cards emitted during the exchange process are not stackable to any other running promotions.
2. Exchange for the same products, in a new size or color
- Start a return here
- Key in your order number and the email address associated with this order
- Select 'Exchange for a new color or size'
- Once you're ready, complete your exchange to download the pre-paid return label (DO NOT ship any additional product with your return, or combine returns)
- Include all original documents in the package. The piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging.
Additional information:
*Please note that the exchange order will be initiated upon receiving the return (except Instant Exchanges)
*If the exchange order is not in-stock, please allow an additional 4-5 weeks for your exchange order to be shipped.
*Discounts cannot be applied to additional items during exchanges. One exchange per order.
** If you end up selecting an item that is lower in value than your original payment - no worries, we've got you covered. We'll still honor our 10% bonus store credit (see Bonus tip #2) in form of a gift card. Some gymnastics on your calculator, huh? We hope we haven't lost you!
